In the heart of the Technology Square Complex on the Georgia Tech campus in Midtown Atlanta, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is an exceptional hotel and meeting destination for life’s important corporate and social events.

WFLO has negotiated a discounted room rate for all Institute East attendees. Pricing Includes breakfast, breaks, lunch, internet, and parking as well as dinner on Sunday and Tuesday only.

  • Single Room: 4 nights at $350 per night plus applicable taxes. Taxes are currently 16.5% taxes + $5.00 hotel fee.
  • Double Room: 4 nights at $298 per night plus applicable taxes. Taxes are currently 16.5% taxes + $5.00 hotel fee.

Room cut off is January 9, 2023. All guestroom & meeting packages (and applicable taxes/fees) are 100% prepaid. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE at 72hrs prior to arrival. In order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room, package and tax, reservations must be cancelled on or before 5 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled inside of 5 days but up to 72 hours prior to arrival the one night’s room, package and tax will be retained and the remaining deposit will be refunded.

 

 

  

Getting There

Hartsfield – Jackson International Airport – Approximately 13 miles from hotel. A taxi from the airport to the Georgia Tech Conference Center will cost approximately $36 (with tip) depending on traffic.  

MARTA Station – Within walking distance to 2 MARTA Stations on the North Line (4 Blocks from North Ave. Station N3 & 5 Blocks from Midtown Station N4)

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

  • Head west on South Terminal Pkwy
  • Make a slight right onto Airport Blvd.
  • Take the I-75/I-85/I-20/GA-403/Camp Creek Pkwy ramp to Atlanta
  • Keep left at the fork and continue toward GA-403 North/I-85 North
  • Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-85/GA-403
  • Merge onto GA-403 North/I-85 North
  • Take Exit 250 toward 10th Street/14th Street
  • Merge onto Williams Street NW
  • Turn right at 10th NW
  • Turn right at Spring Street NW
  • Hotel is on the right at 800 Spring Street NW

  • Using I-85 North or I-75 North
  • Take Exit 250 toward 10th Street/14th Street

  • Take I-75 South (if using I-85, take that to I-75 South)
