On Monday, February 22, 2021 the Biden Administration announced several reforms to PPP with the intent to focus on the smallest businesses. One new provision for members to be aware of is starting Wednesday, February 24, a 14-day period will be instituted, during which only businesses with fewer than 20 employees can apply for relief through the Program.
