The Supplier Showcase facilitates connections between showcase participants and the executives in attendance. To serve that purpose and create a more intimate atmosphere, spaces are designed to be open and integrated into the event’s hospitality and networking hub. List of participants coming soon.

 

What is Provided &  What to Bring :

 

Provided Materials:

• One 30-inch round bar height table with two chairs
• One floor decal with logo, company name, and table number

 

Recommended Materials to Bring:

• Marketing materials, optional giveaways and two to three rollup banners to be utilized as your space’s backdrop (restricted to a width of eight feet). Please note - this event does not utilize a show contractor, like GES or Freeman, therefore you are not required to order any setup materials like a standard trade show however, if you’d like to order electric or AV, you have that option. Equipment for demonstrations or materials not outlined above are not permitted.

The schedule below indicates the targeted times the Supplier Showcase is open and heavy traffic expected. During these times, no education or programming will occur. The Showcase will remain open for the extent of the event and is marketed as a meeting space and networking hub for attendees.
